Diana Zweig
Diana prayed with a small group of prayer warriors for 15 years when the leader went to be with the Lord. She took up the group and the Lord provided a meeting place, today the group prays monthly for six OMF International missionary families.
Recently Diana's been encouraged when she showed the docudrama, Breakthrough: The Story of J.O. Fraser and the Lisu People with the group “Reading Mountain Rain left a deep impression on me for his faithfulness to the mission the Lord had given him,” she said. “The booklet, The Prayer of Faith , is a deeply moving guide and encouragement to pray for the lost tribes. I ordered enough to give each member of our prayer group for Christmas gifts.”
Though retired, Diana knows the deep power of prayer in missions and how every person can continue to live a life of purpose. “There are millions of people groups and tribes living in darkness in East Asia. The work of OMF International's BridgeAsia brings them out of darkness into the light, love and saving power of Jesus by volunteers going, praying, sending, mobilizing, welcoming and learning.”
