Pray – Have prayer teams interceding regularly or have congregation pray for project & people involved during service
Send - Send money from general budget or special offerings to support project
Welcome/Learn - Welcome those involved with project on the field to visit church & share updates & paint vision of the need for project
Go – Send short-term teams composed of different specialists to assist with project
Mobilize – Invite other churches to partner on project of hold consultations
People Groups
Pray – Set up regular pray times to pray specifically for a people group(s); distribute 30-day prayer guides to church members
Send – Send a home-grown or indigenous missionary to a people group (financially/prayer-fully support)
Welcome – Find a people group which has a presence in your city & invite them to different church events designed towards friendship
Go – Send short-term teams composed of different specialists to people group
Mobilize – Invite other churches to partner to reach people group; create network or hold consultations
Practice
Send – Contribute funds or help teams from your church to raise funds for short-term trips
Welcome/Learn - Dedicate a service to those who went on short-term trip(s) to share what God did or what they learned; also hold debriefing weekend to welcome them back & help them reenter their community
Go – Send short-term teams composed of different specialists
Mobilize – Help promote the teams to church members for prayer & financial support and to encourage future participation
Persons
Pray – Have teams constantly praying for long-term missionaries
Send – Support missionaries with significant funds
Welcome- Acquire/furnish a home/apartment for missionaries to use while on home assignment
Learn - Print/distribute missionary prayer letters or information on the people/place the missionary works
Go – Send short-term teams composed of different specialists to assist the missionary
Mobilize – Invite members to interact with missionary when home. Try to find other church partners to fund and support a missionary your church supports
