**URGENT NEED AMONG SOUTHEAST ASIA'S MUSLIMS**
Ethnographic Research - Research socio-economic and educational needs in a rural area. Be involved in surveying for the development of long-term ministry in that area.
May 28 - July 15 (7 weeks) ~$3500
CAMBODIA
Prayer Journey - Cambodia is rich in history and many people remain unaware of the spiritual darkness which affects reaching Cambodia with the gospel today. Spiritual attack is very prevalent among missionaries; at least three families have recently needed to leave the field. This team will visit historical sites in order to learn Cambodia's past and also travel to various ministries praying for missionaries and their work to participate in what God is doing today. You need to be adventurous and willing to live among the people as they do.

DIASPORA MINISTRY (U.S.)
Buddhist Prayer Journey - Chicago, Illinois is home to one of the largest Asian immigrant populations in America. This team will visit Asian neighborhoods, explore various Buddhist temples, learn about various sects and their beliefs as well as dialogue with Buddhists about their faith. They will seek opportunities to share the gospel message with Buddhists right here in America and pray onsite with insight for those they meet. Led by one of OMF’s experts on Buddhism, this will be an excellent training experience for anyone thinking about serving among Buddhists in Asia or wanting to learn how to share their faith with Buddhists right here in the US.

Individual Placements— For those considering long-term, cross-cultural work, experience in every-day life overseas, 1-1 interaction with national and cross-cultural workers; A great opportunity for those with a vision for a specific country or seeking to meet a specific need with professional skills. Medical Work — Opportunities may vary throughout the year. Most placements are for medical professionals or those currently in medical school. Inquire through our Individual Placements program. PLEASE CONTACT US AT SERVE@OMF.ORG ABOUT YOUR SPECIFIC INTERESTS, SKILLS AND AVAILABILITY.

Application Deadline: Friday, March 26 for all summer teams or three months prior to trip departure date.
Application Fee: $45 (Late applications will be considered for remaining openings)
Summer participants attend Serve Asia Pre-Field Training in Colorado over Memorial Day Weekend at the end of May. (Program costs listed above do not include this individual travel expense to Colorado)
Summer participants attend Debriefing with team members upon return to the US in California before returning home. (Dates and cost included in programs above)
