Prayer Point

Pray for the nearly 50 million Hakka in China and Taiwan whose religion is a blend of Buddhism, Confucianism, Daoism and ancestor worship. Motivated mainly by fear and superstition, they will do anything in any religious context, as long as it wards off bad luck or improves their lot in life.

During the Debriefing stage, you will discuss different ways to remain involved with God's work around the world and on your doorstep. We want to equip you with resources and opportunities as you continue to integrate what you have learned back into life in America.

During the six months after your trip, your Mission Mentor will continue to correspond with you through the integration process. Our Serve Asia workers are followed up regularly and encouraged to be an active part of our Serve Alumni network, which challenges them and others to continue to invest in God's work in the world!
