OMF PHILIPPINES

Vision: To see God glorified through communities of believers in all people groups of the Philippines, transforming society and having global impact.

Mission: In obedience to God, OMF Philippines works in partnership, establishing and equipping dynamic biblical communities of faith.

Strategy: Our multinational teams work in partnership with local churches, local organizations and foreign organizations to try and spark church multiplication movements.

Muslim Ministry
We long to establish communities of believers among Muslim people groups. Then they will make a great impact on their fellow people and even wider circles. So, we build relationships with them through community development projects, youth groups, Bible studies and meetings of various kinds.

Our teams need church planters, community intramural sports workers, computer trainers, drug rehabilitation workers, economic development workers, livelihood projects developers, preschool / kindergarten teachers, and student workers.

Note: Some openings can only be filled by ethnic Asians.

Tribal Ministry
To see a reproducible church in every village, we are trying to facilitate church multiplication movements among the indigenous peoples of Mindanao and Mindoro islands. We both spread the gospel among them and address their physical needs in practical ways. We recently opened work among the unreached Umayamnon and Kamayo tribe. Lord willing, we will soon open work among new people groups.

Our teams need agriculturists, Bible school teachers and itinerant Bible teachers.

Church Strengthening Ministry
God is doing a special thing in the Philippines. The number of Bible-believing churches has grown from 5,000 in 1974 to over 50,000. While continuing to plant churches among lesser-reached provincial people groups and wholistically among the urban poor, we are also discipling and equipping this new missions force to reach its own nation and others. We do so in partnership with several national organizations.

We have openings for church planters, student workers, leadership trainers, and seminary teachers.
