Tim and Susan Driscoll
Church planters in Japan
Tim and Susan are planting a church among Japan’s unreached with OMF International.
Originally from Riverside, California, Tim accepted Christ at 19 after reading Power for Living. He was discipled in college and soon gained a world vision. Two summers in Japan and a degree in Bible and Bible teaching at Columbia International University confirmed God’s call to Japan.
Susan was born in Bolivia, South America, where her parents were missionaries. She grew up in Oregon and Illinois where her father pastored two churches. Susan accepted Christ as a child and was discipled by her church youth group leaders. She committed her life to missions at Columbia International University after a summer missions trip to Japan.
They have served eight years in Japan and are now part of a team planting a church in Higashi Naebo, an area of Sapporo city with no Christian witness. Tim desires to reach Japanese men through sports outreach. They also have a burden to reach young couples with the gospel.
Tim and Susan have three young sons: Joel, Brenton and Chad.
