Goodbye!
Thailand McClean - Friday 10 August 2007Well just as we had to say goodbye to our many new Thai friends when we left on sunday evening we now say goodbye to you with regards this blog (although we hope that contact will continue by other means!). We are very grateful to all of you who have supported us and prayed for us during our time in Asia and we hope that this Blog has been helpful to you.
Two final prayer points:
- Please do continue to pray for us as we readjust to British culture and think through the things we learned from the experience. We hope that these things will stick with us and will help in shaping us into more radical disciples of Christ.
- Please also do pray for the mission field in Thailand - OMF are aiming to recruit 100 new worker for the field in the next 5 years and having seen the great opportunities for the Gospel we hope that you will join with us in praying that these slots will be filled by people with a passion to see God's kingdom advance amongst the Thai people!
