End of week two!!
Thailand McClean - Thursday 26 July 2007So far this week:
- Open air- We had a good crowd listening and a few of the market people were really supportive and suggested a better time to come and preach to more people. The drama seemed to be especially challenging.
- Milk Bar on Tuesday, thank God that many students we've been building rapour with came along. Great fun was had and the gospel was preached. Would be great to pray that these students would be challenged by what they heard and would want to know more of Christ.
-Interactive club and English Class on campus went really well this week, many students turned up despite it being exam week. Relationships have grown, particularly with the girls which is a real answer to prayer as there are currently no female christian students which means outreach to girls is harder. However, pray for the serious opposition we have experienced seeking to have us banned from campus.
- Our next big push is the evangelistic camp next weekend. Prayers for organisation, planning and wisdom- especially as Jonny who is key in organisation is out of action due to a bad back. Thank God for the students who have already signed up, a few of whom are not believers.
- As we all get tired, it's key that we remember we are serving Christ in Thailand and so have our minds set on His kingdom and not our selfish needs.
Thanks again for all your prayers and your partnership in our work.
