Why go?

From Japan ‘fmzero’ blog:

“…around 20 Japanese students came along and heard about the unique offer of Christ to provide rest, a true relationship with the one almighty creator God. We were all able to have chats with those that came, to hear what they had thought of the talk, and many of the team were able to share the reasons why they became Christians and want to live life with Him as their Lord.”

From Clare in the Philippines:

“One of the best things about being here is just being able to help, and it’s great that I have so much fun doing it!”

“No one ever hurries here, there is never any sense of urgency and there’s much meandering, chatting, some standing around and then some more talking. It can be crazy! But when you realise that that’s just how it is here, and there is no need to rush or hurry, it’s actually really good! It’s just so alien to me! Our whole lives at home are dictated by time and schedule and it’s actually quite liberating to not worry about the time.”

From one of our China teams

“Its been a good learning experience to work in a country where plans keep changing and you have to be flexible and adaptable.”
