To Do What?
Oversee the health care of the OMF team in Japan

Possible Tasks
Responsibility for and oversight of the overall health care of OMF members in Japan, including:
* regular medical examinations of the team and their families in accordance with OMF requirements
* being available for consultations as needed;
* keeping all medical records;
* coordinating/supervising consultations with Japanese doctors, treatments, hospitalisation and recuperation;
* working as a team with the Field Nurse;
* liaising with and advising as necessary Directors in Japan, and Medical Advisors in Singapore and in the home countries.

Counselling and wholistic support, encouraging and getting alongside individuals and families, are strategic aspects of this ministry.

Ministry among Japanese people can be undertaken as language ability allows, through church attachment, English teaching, etc.

What's required?
Medical doctor with General/Family Practice and Paediatric experience preferable; interest in counselling a distinct advantage. Particularly suitable for a doctor/nurse couple, but not restricted to that combination. A doctor wife of a church planter would also be good.
