Good management skills, some budgeting and bookkeeping skills useful

Willing to run an open home.

Flexibility and patience

Language?
Some language learning depending on length of service

Good interpersonal skills and cross-cultural experience.

Other Background Information
The current MH Hosts are leaving in June 2007. No long term replacement has yet been found. Although we would prefer to see this role filled by a member with a long term commitment, we would consider a short term solution at this stage.
