To Do What?
For managing, Oasis, an OMF owned retreat and holiday centre in southern Taiwan
Possible Tasks
A) Supervise Chinese staff
B) Maintain the property
C) Take reservations, keep finances
D) Welcome guests

From 2007
What's required?
No particular training, but must enjoy people and be reasonably healthy and organised. It is physically demanding.
Language?
Some Mandarin or Taiwanese is required in order to communicate with staff and local suppliers. (study time will be provided after arrival)
Type of person
Either a married couple or two single people. Need to be able to work independently, have reasonably high energy and be able to survive spiritually in a area with few Christians.
