“Red Ant” growing in Christ

Living the simple life of a farmer in Isaan, Motdaeng (which means “red ant”) is a lady who’s easily contented. She came to know Jesus more than 12 years ago. Even though she stopped attending church for many years, deep down in her heart, she believed in the Creator God, who has answered many of her prayers. Last year, God brought to her home visitors (farangs (foreigners) no less!) who asked if she would like to study the Bible weekly and know more about this God. Since then, we’ve seen this lady grow in her faith as well as boldness to share her faith with the rest of the people in the village. (submitted by Michelle Goh, Isaan church planting)
- Pray for Motdaeng to have strong faith and be strongly rooted in God’s word in a village where she is the only Christian.
- Pray that she will attend church regularly.
- Pray that God will use her to reach out to the rest of the villagers in Baan Dong Bang.
