God's Life Changing Power

"I need more prayer than ever - so please - pray!" this is Duan's plea. Duan has been a widow for five years since her mentally sick husband died. She is very worried about her 23 year old son, Saem, who has just lost another job and leads a very unsteady life, being addicted to gambling and using the money his mother earns as a masseuse.
Duan is the only Christian left in her big family, as her Christian sister died of cancer 3 years ago and her mother, who is also deathly ill, has just turned away from God to embrace Buddhism again.

- Pray that the church takes the initiative to reach out to Duan's family.
- Pray for Christians all over Thailand to stand firm in the faith, to resist the temptations to turn back to old ways, and for the growing numbers of Christians to grow in depth of wisdom and insight into Christ's love for them
