There are two lots at the back of our property that we could buy. Each of these lots would give us access to another road which would be good as an alternative to the entrance that we have now. The additional land would be used to increase the parking space and recreation space both of which are needed now. It would be possible to add a bungalow in the future that would help with some families that need to stay at the mission home for a longer time (waiting for a birth for example) and could use a more self-contained lodging option. The first task is to purchase the land. Then we would need to fill the land to bring it up to the level of our current site and put a fence around the land. Then we would need to work out landscaping and parking arrangements. Then, finally, the addition of a bungalow for longer term guest. The cost of the bungalow would be a separate project.
