TCK (Third Culture Kid) Care and Education for Children of OMF Personnel
Co-ordinate and be actively engaged in support for home school families in Thailand.
Possible Tasks
1. To visit each home school family for a designated period of time each year to assist with teaching, and to encourage and advise parents.
2. To co-ordinate support that is given by short term support tutors.
3. To give professional support to short term tutors.
4. To co-ordinate 3 co-operative home school weeks per year in a central location.
5. To maintain home school resource library and make resources available to parents.

What's required?
Good teaching skills and experience. Administration skills also required, including high level of computer literacy. Experience in multi-age teaching or teaching internationally would be an advantage.

Type of person
Willingness to adapt teaching style to suit different nationalities, curricula and family needs. Flexibility and strong relationship skills are needed, both face to face and in writing. Commitment to language study (Thai) to facilitate independent living and travel will be essential.
