OMFers in Taiwan use a variety of methods to reach working-class individuals and establish working-class churches.

We believe that ministry in teams is of particularly great value. Over the next few years, we hope to expand our current teams and establish more church planting teams in needy areas.

Presently, OMFers are active in the following ministries:

Working class church-planting teams

• establishing Christian communities in Taiwan's most unreached areas

Urban Poor/Marginalized People ministries

• sharing the love of Christ through evangelism and practical care to the poor and marginalized including the homeless, prostitutes, AIDS sufferers, juvenile criminals, kids from broken & dysfunctional families and others.

Shopworker evangelism

• establishing 'midnight churches' for Taiwan's service industry personnel - department store staff, hairdressers, restaurant workers, etc.

Family outreach

• working through churches, in schools and in communities to reach children and their families.

Youth and student work

• reaching out to unchurched young people through school and college activities and in local communities.

Leadership development

• training Taiwanese leaders through teaching in churches, seminaries and Bible colleges.
