Prayer Point

A number of prostitutes in Taipei are responding to the gospel. Pray they will be able to escape from their current lifestyle and find true freedom in Christ.

Moon Festival

26/09/2010 12:00 am  <>

The Taiwanese Moon Festival - this year celebrated on September 22nd - is traditionally an occasion when Taiwanese families get together to watch the full moon and eat moon cakes. It is also a time when people offer food to Chang'e (goddess of the moon) and pray to her for fortune and safety.

Father, we pray especially that Taiwanese Christians will be emboldened to use occasions like this to share with their families about the living God who is our refuge and strength. (Psalm 46:1)
