Prayer Point

Many rural townships are without Christian witness. Pray that believers are willing to move to these areas.

Matzu Pilgrimage

06/04/2010 12:00 am  <>

April 16 was the beginning of the annual Matzu (“goddess of the sea”) pilgrimage. Worshipers of Matzu will follow her idol for nine days, walking hundreds of kilometers. This annual religious event draws hundreds of thousands of people.

Father, may the Taiwanese hear the joyful call to worship You and be happy for they will walk in the light of your presence, LORD. (Psalm 89:15)
