Economic Pressures

With the economic downturn still in effect, many Taiwanese working class families have been classified as low income. In fact, the number of low income families has almost doubled in the last 10 years. The feeling of hopelessness and despair has pushed many of these families to desperate actions.
Lord, we pray the You would show the Taiwanese working class Your ways, O LORD, teach them Your paths; guide them in Your truth and teach them, for You are God their Saviour, and their hope lies in You all day long. (Psalm 25:4-5)
