Two billion people, or one the of the world's population, live in East Asia. This region is dominated by Buddhism, animism, Islam, atheistic philosophies and the pursuit of materialism. For us at OMF, East Asia is about people. We are passionate for God to be glorified among East Asia's peoples and seek to show the love and truth of Jesus Christ among them.

OMF's ministry is focused on: Cambodia, China, Hong Kong SAR, Macau SAR, Indonesia, Brunei, Japan, North Korea, Mongolia, Laos, Malaysia, Myanmar, Philippines, Taiwan, Thailand and Vietnam. We also reach East Asians living in countries other than their own.

OMF sends workers from many countries in the world including: Singapore, Malaysia, Philippines, Indonesia, Thailand, Taiwan, Hong Kong SAR, South Korea, Japan, Australia, New Zealand, USA, Canada, UK, Netherlands, Germany and Switzerland
