The Philippine Home Council of OMF (PHC), in partnership with churches, sends Filipinos as cross-cultural workers locally and to other countries in East Asia.

Vision:

To see the Filipino church mobilize their resources strategically and sacrificially to facilitate church multiplication movement amongst the People Groups of East Asia.

Mission:

We aim to see the Filipino church, starting in Manila, mobilized for East Asia’s People Groups by heightening their awareness of the needs of East Asia,developing strategic partnership with them, involving appropriate fields, and facilitating the urgent evangelization of East Asia people Groups.
