Where would I go?

Anywhere. If you feel God leading you to a certain country and OMF has a base there, then we'd love to have you on board as an OMF Partner.

What would I do?

Because you are working outside of OMF employment, your job is your own responsiblity - we will help as much as we can, but ultimately it's up to you.

How long would I go for?

Again, this is your decision.

How do I qualify as a Partner?

What is the selection process?

  • Partners go through a short screening and orientation process
  • You will be accepted after being approved by both fieldside and New Zealand Directors.

What is my responsibility to OMF?

  • Partners are independent of OMF structures. They are not under any direct responsibility to the Field Director and OMF has no legal liability to them.

Are my finances tied up with OMF?

  • No, Partners are not part of OMF’s financial structures. OMF does not accept tax exempt given on their behalf nor handles any of their financial transactions.
