OMF Associates

OMF Associate: n. associates are long-term servers with OMF (four months to three years) who's initial time of service ideally leads into further ministry with OMF v. sharing Jesus, learning the language and living life, sharing in some of the rights and responsibilities of belonging to OMF International.

Where would I go?

This depends on the needs of the field, but we do take into consideration your preferences and ultimately try to place you where God wants you.

What would I do?

Again, this depends on the needs of the field. However, your skills and talents play a part in your placement too.

How long would I go for?

As an associate you will be on the mission field between four months and three years.

Training

You will go through a screening and orientation process which includes an OMF Candidate Course.

Do I need medical clearance?

Yes, guidelines for medical clearances will be given to you when the time arises.

Cost

You will be personally responsible for the trip's expenses, although their is some financial reponsibility to OMF.
