In the midst of mega-cities,slums, tribal villages, tiny islands, sweltering jungles and rice paddies, OMF International's missionaries live and work towards the urgent evangelisation of East Asia's millions.

James Hudson Taylor founded OMF in 1865 as the China Inland Mission (CIM). CIM was established in New Zealand in the early 1890s and the first New Zealand missionary sailed for China in 1891. Today our 1000 members from some 25 nations work alongside Asian Christians in 70 people groups.
