Yeo Hwee Joo works with churches in Hokkaido to give practical help and advice on how to strengthen their existing youth ministries as well as challenge them to reach out to youths outside of church.
This means :
1. Encouraging small groups for youths to meet regularly.
2. Organising events and camps for youths to bring their friends, have fun and get to know Christ.
3. Networking with youth leaders, pastors and missionaries inspiring one another and exchanging ideas on youth work.
