Obihiro & Nakasatsunai

Nakasatsunai

In 2007 Obihiro Glory Church (Obihiro Eiko Church) began an outreach in Nakasatsunai. Initially the group met in a Mbuchi family's living room, but soon moved to Cafe Prisca - owned by the Mabuchi family. The meetings have largely been attended by a support team from Obihiro Glory Church, with irregular by visitors from the surrounding area joining in the meetings on occasion.

In April 2008 the team was joined by Conny Stoeckle, an OMFer from Germany, and worked along with Japanese members on outreach within Nakasatsunai village through cooking and craft clases, English classes among other methods.

From October 2010 the meetings in Prisca Cafe have been held weekly and by God's grace two local ladies from Nakasatsunai have been coming regularly.
