To Do What?
Student ministry as part of Church Planting team
Possible Tasks
Reaching students within the particular geographical area of focus of a church planting team by:
- initiating church activities to attract students;
- being available to spend time with students;
- seeking opportunities to meet with students in schools and on campuses through teaching, participation in clubs, and what-ever other means are possible;
- challenging unreached university and high school students with the claims of the gospel;
- seeking by every means to lead university and high school students to a saving faith in Christ;
- discipling Christian students to be aware of the vast spiritual needs around them and not be swamped;
- integrating new Christians into the local church, and inspiring them with a vision to reach out to others
