Testimony of Ming Janni

Janni came to our church in July of last year. She is a lady of over 40 years old, and very sick with throat cancer. She cannot eat or talk properly. Her husband left her 3 years ago and she is a very weak and desperate lady.

We took her to CSI Christian clinic, where Dr. Andres and other doctors looked after her. They sent her to Onduong hospital (ENT hospital) for surgery. After the operation, she was still in terrible pain. She lost 33 kg. Eventually, a tube was put into her mouth to help her breathe.

Church members continued to take care of her during the hospitalization, encouraging her and praying for her. Two of Janni’s relatives came for a visit. Upon talking with the church members, the relatives came to know the Lord.

Following therapy and radiation treatments, and much prayer, Janni is now miraculously getting better. She is working at a noodle shop washing dishes. She earns money and supports herself.

On Sunday afternoons, she comes to Jesus Village Church to attend the adult meetings. At the last meeting, she brought some fruit and gave her first tithe to God. She said that she doesn’t know how long she will live, but she is very happy to know Jesus Christ and she has a conviction that she will be with Jesus when she dies. The church members were deeply touched by her testimony.
