Young people who want to explore God's direction in their future ministry
People who want to do an initial time of service leading to longer-term minstry with OMF
People who want to serve for 1 - 3 years only at a school for missionary children
People who can fill short-term needs on the field, such as Mission Home Managers

Dependent on the team you join and the kind of work you would do
In general, you need to be a growing follower of Jesus who desire to work on a team to carry out a specific mission while helping one another develop
Specifically, you need to be qualified to carry out the specific task for that team's ministry, such as:
- Church planting
- Economic development
- English teaching
- Evangelism
- Health care
- Music ministry
- Sports ministry
- Teaching specific subjects
Some of these may require a college/university degree or a Bible College degree

You would be working on a multi-national team, most likely led by a national
Learn language and culture
Add to an existing ministry on a team or help that team develop a new type of ministry
Those at a school for missionary children would be teaching the children of OMFers and others at Faith Academy
